Operation

  • Cue List Naming Convention Cue Lists should follow a YYYY MM DD naming schema for consistency and ease of sorting
  • Tags Any Tags created and applied to media should be named in all lower case letters
  • Special Arrangements If a worship leader uses an arrangement other than one we currently use, right-click the song, duplicate it, and add their name to the Artist field in parenthesis
  • Custom Slide Order Every song has the ability to set a custom order to slides. This allows us to enter each verse and chorus once and reuse them in whatever order we need without duplicating information. The setting for this is a checkbox at the bottom of page.

Miscellaneous

  • Any song with a special arrangement by one of our players should be noted in the Artist field in parenthesis, like (Name)
